Please remember your child’s safety while driving…

Our number one priority at Martic is the safety of our students.  Please remember these important pieces of information as you are transporting your child:

Pennsylvania’s law requires children ages 7 & under to be fastened in a child passenger restraint system or child booster seat.  Children ages 3 & under must be fastened in a child passenger restraint system.  Children ages 4 through 7 must be fastened in a safety seat belt system and in a child booster seat.

By law, the Pennsylvania State Police states that a child may ride in the front seat after 8 years old / 4’9″/ 80 lbs.; however, the state police strongly recommend that all children under 12 years of age ride in the back seat rather than the front.
