The week has FINALLY arrived for our UNDER THE BIG TOP family picnic on Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM. We are so excited! As a reminder, ALL minors must have a parent or guardian with them. This is not a drop off event and students who arrive without a parent or guardian will call home for a pick up ride home. To showcase some of the amazing events of the evening……
Free Food ~ there will be hot dogs, bagged potato chips, tasty treat and water for FREE
Food Trucks ~ there will be french fries, burgers, chicken tenders, funnel cake fries and gourmet coffee food truck items for PURCHASE.
Inflatables ~ there will be inflatable structures for the children. These are being governed by the owners of the inflatable company, so they are in charge and we will respect their rules.
Basket Raffles ~ Every MARTIC student who attends the picnic will get a fair ticket. They will legibly write their name and grade level on the back of the ticket. You can place your ticket in your favorite basket that you want to win. We will call the names at 7:30 PM.
New this year…. A family digital scavenger hunt. 1st place prize is a $50.00 gift card to the Frogtown, 2nd place prize is a $25.00 gift card to the Old Barn Creamery and 3rd place prize is a $25.00 gift card to the Conestoga Wagon Restaurant.. The winners will be announced in the Martic Memo the Wednesday AFTER the picnic.
Our very own PA State Police will be joining us for dinner and fun that evening.
